The room was just the right size and spacious. I noticed there were only a few power outlets. The bathroom was clean, the bedroom was clean, and the bed was large. The air conditioning was very cool. Overall, it was okay. 7/10"

I booked a Standard King Room which comes with a bed, two small side tables on the left and right, a long table under the TV, a TV with 2 channels, and one trash bin. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the towels looked quite old and it would be better to replace them with new ones. The toiletries were not used as the brand was unfamiliar and there was uncertainty regarding halal status for Muslim guests. It is suggested that the hotel provide halal-certified toiletries, add more hooks or hangers for clothes and towels, and increase the number of TV channels for better guest comfort. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and could be improved with a few minor enhancements."

"worst hotel at all will not recommend any one stay at this hotel，owner should pay full attention on ur hotel management solving problem，check in 22/12 no water supply from 12pm-6pm，i come back at 11pm，said done water just dripping cant bath at all. inform open the next day morning，by 8am the water still dripping cant bath at all，my kids 1night no bath. reception said need to wait till 12pm ，give me reason he just come in work dont know what situation never thought to help solve the problem. if I give nagative star i will totally negative 5star"
